Many automations (for example social media publishing, messaging, email and lead capture) need API access to your accounts on each platform. We will ask you to connect or authorise those accounts, and we use that access only for the work you have asked for. You can withdraw it at any time from the platform's settings.
Each platform sets its own approval, review and verification steps for API access, and these take as long as that platform takes. For example, Meta's Graph API (used for Facebook and Instagram) needs its own app review and permissions. Timelines differ by platform, can change without notice and are outside our control. Delivery dates for such automations start once the platform approves the access.
